YEAH!! I am thrilled to finally be under 140 and now consistently for two days!! I went to the Y again today for a good deal of exercise:
Stationary Bike - 8 miles in 41 minutes
Treadmill Walk - 2 miles in 32:30 minutes
Indoor Pool Laps - 24 laps in 1 hour (0.68 miles)
Our YMCA indoor pool is similar to this one, or maybe not but it gives you an idea; they have two lanes designated for swimming laps, both indoor and outdoor pools have 2 lap lanes.
I am doing pretty good on the Triathlon Challenge especially in the "pool laps" part of it. I have 2 weeks before it ends (June 30th) so I have to get busy on the bike especially. I had some left knee pain on the recumbent bike yesterday/Thursday so I used the Stationary Bike tonight and there was very little to no pain in my knee.
I enjoy the swimming laps so much better than any of the other exercise now! Guess since its been so hot that is why! I don't think I will be able to get to the Y tomorrow but I'm definitely going on Sunday hopefully to do some major exercise!!
I'm still following the Casey Anthony trial religiously; wish I could stop watching but I can't! I am just praying the outcome is that she is found guilty and sentenced to life without parole!
P.S. I posted this just after midnight so the date is June 18th; but I am actually talking about June 17th/Friday!

A MILESTONE...........so its time to blog again!!
I finally got UNDER 140 lbs today; maybe it will stick, maybe it won't but I am hoping all the exercising I am doing is finally working!
I joined a challenge at the YMCA called the "Big Splash Triathlon Challenge". This runs from June 6th thru June 30th. Everyone else is on a "team" and the team has to accomplish these goals by June 30th:
Swim - 2.4 miles (86.5 laps in YMCA pool)
Bike - 112 miles
Run/Walk - 26.2 miles
