Well at least I didn't go HIGHER AND HIGHER today!! The scales went back down but not even to the starting weight! But at least its in the right direction!
Sure wish I were lower than Day #1 but there's always hope for tomorrow!
I fixed Tyler & myself crock pot of vegetable soup with grilled chicken strips added. I am a real good cook out of the can (Progresso Weight Watcher soup) and frozen grilled pre-cooked chicken strips from a bag. Oh and I added one large can of stewed tomatoes. It sure was good for supper tonight!
I'm getting pretty bored around here with Mark gone 24/7 until week before Christmas. No adult to talk to; Torrey is in and out constantly with work, college and his social life! Tonight he rushed off to a frat house Christmas party! He is finally getting to wear the UGA Christmas Santa cap I bought him at the after Christmas sales/discounts last year. He didn't even stay long enough for me to get a picture of him wearing it; he was in and out and gone! He looked at my veggie soup and said it smelled good but he didn't have time to eat...........oh well that is the life of a young adult in college!
Think I'll go see if I can get a picture of my soup for you, whoever "you" is out there in "internet land".............
Its delicicous and I'm sure I'll be eating it all weekend. The can says its ZERO Weight Watcher points but that's if you eat only one bowl/one serving. I just checked the can and it has 60 calories per cup/serving; zero Fat, 4g of fiber. I plugged these into my WW calculator and sure nuff, ZERO PTS!! But if you eat more than one serving, it will add up the points. I probably had a cup and half for my supper. Still not bad and I am full. Oh of course I forgot the chicken I added but grilled chicken breast is very good for you and low in calories so I still think I am doing pretty good eating this soup.
