Well its about time I came back to this blog. Its been over 6 months since I last posted I think. With today being the first day of a new year - 2012 - its a good time to try to start a new habit.
I have a friend who blogs just some little something every day; maybe a few paragraphs or just a picture and a sentence or two but he says something about something every day and I am sure there's something going on in that little "pea brain" of mine if I just dig deep enough to find it!!
Since everyone knows I am a dog lover and we have two dachshunds, I thought this was so cute with the little doxies celebrating the new year!!
I have a new puppy, Kyra but I will blog about her another day when I am at a loss for something to blog about!
I just wanted to say that as usual I am going to try to get to my goal weight AGAIN this year!! I weighed this morning and I have 11 lbs to lose; yep that's right, now I am 141 and need to get down to at least 130 to feel better and to help my running and exercising!
I'm not going to make this first blog a long one so I won't bore anyone who is reading it! I have one more graphic for New Years that I like!
One more thing to document in my blog is that I did a 5K for New Year's Day and I joined John Bingham's 100 Day Challenge to exercise at least 30 minutes each day for 100 days; I hope to do more than 30 minutes when I can but that is the minimum for this challenge.
